Mini Display Shelf for Vintage Mexican Kitchen Miniatures! The Destiny of Things, Story 548

Mini Display Shelf for Vintage Mexican Kitchen Miniatures!  The Destiny of Things, Story 548

Another creative Etsy buyer!  And the handmade mini display shelf turned out so amazingly cute!  BEFORE:

The order included a rolling pin and rustic old style egg beater (molinillo), 2 green glazed clay mugs, 5 terracotta nesting bowl, one broke during childhood, 2 little baby mugs that fit into basket, a metal sifter and a teeny tiny vinegar bottle.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab

Here is the email I received:

I was so pleased and felt they deserved a place of honor in my dollhouse so I made this special shelf in which to display them as a set. It's nice to have unusual items, and these are exactly that. Thank you so much.

 AFTER:

Wow! What a beautiful unique display shelf for a dollhouse! It's totally amazing! Thank you for giving my childhood miniatures such a special home and new life! I totally appreciate it!
 photo via Etsy buyer

I can't believe it!  An Etsy buyer thought my miniatures were so unique they built a special shelf for the set?   Yes, they did indeed!  And look at all the details and nooks and crannies!  I am so honored that my childhood mini's found a wonderful new life and home!  Thank you Etsy buyer!

When we were kids, every time we took a trip to Mexico, I'd get some miniatures for my collection.  I especially loved nesting dishes.  I had 3 different sets and this was my last one.

Saying Goodbye:  I am getting down to the last of my childhood miniature collection and I'm not sure how I feel about it.  I'm conflicted if I just sit and think about it.  BUT, if I think in gratitude then I'm more on the joyful side that they have found a new life on the cutest little display shelf in an Etsy buyer's dollhouse!

What I Learned:

1.  Just when I thought I was comfortable about letting go of my hoard, some odd strange feelings about it return, like conflicted feelings, a tad of sadness and even a whole lot of anxiety!  I wonder what that's all about?  It's time to do some deep digging!

2.  I think I know what it's about.... on one of our childhood trips to Mexico there was a stranger danger incident and I got away unharmed by hiding in the middle of some hanging clothes until the coast was clear.  I was separated from my parents for such a short time that they didn't even notice I was gone.

Maybe it was on the trip I got these, but I don't remember feeling this way about the other sets of nesting dishes that sold.

3.  That was a scary memory.  I am safe now and if anyone tried to kidnap me now I know what to do!  Just like I taught my third grade students about stranger danger!  Scream for help and run to a safe public place with people, if they take hold of your wrist, move your arm in a full circle to break away, if they are trying to get you into a vehicle hold on to your bike, so you won't fit through the door.  That's all I remember.  Time to brush up on safety and self defense class.

What do you do to feel safe?  I start off with focused breathing and then move to self talk and assess the situation for real danger or something that's bubbling up from the past....

These Mexican bolsa wood furniture pieces are about the last of my childhood doll house miniature collection, available here.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab

Thank you Etsy buyer for taking the time to send me an update photo on the special shelf you made for my our your unique Mexican kitchen miniatures!  It's so amazingly cool!  Thank for your sharing and especially for the inspiration!  You are so talented!  And I love all the details you put into the shelf to make each piece have a prominent space in your unique doll house home!  I'd love to see the rest of your doll house!

Etsy buyers have been so kind about sending me update photos of how they give my hoard new lives and homes!  I have more to post and lots to catch up on!  Thank you Etsy buyers!  I just got another story about one of my textile art patches with a photo update from someone who's never hand stitched before and her mending turned out beautifully!  More on that next week!

Need some winter holiday floor cleaning miniatures?  Available here.

Penny Doll in a Coffin Mixed Media Art Starter Kit Gift: The Destiny of Things, Story 547

Penny Doll in a Coffin Mixed Media Art Starter Kit Gift:  The Destiny of Things, Story 547

One of my mixed media art ideas that didn't get off the ground!  BEFORE:

All 3 dolls in the photo have sold out, but I've listed 3 more with 2 in coffins, available here.

Here is the note I received:

Perfection ... so adorable and no surprises. Initially i'd planned to gift her - but heck no she's mine now! Keep-keep😜

So funny!   Keep-keep!  I know what it's like to buy a gift for someone and then keep it for myself!  However, as a recovering hoarder, I would buy several to many..... some to gift and some to keep for myself!  I haven't done that in a long time, so maybe my hoarding days are over?

Anyways, looks how she incorporated the penny doll in a coffin with her other items!  So cool!

AFTER:

What a kitschy cute little Halloween or Day of the Dead vignette!
Photo via an Etsy buyer from JunkDrawerAndMore

There are so many cute little details in this mixed media art assemblage!  I'd want to know the story about each piece!

Here's a close up of the penny doll she got!

This one has sold out, but there are new ones available here.

Saying Goodbye:  My penny doll collection is finding new lives and homes, so I'm very happy about that.  I'm a little apprehensive about my collection of coffins and the same penny dolls I've collected are leaving because it took a long time to collect them all!

My mixed media art ideas was to take all the same penny dolls and and display them in these coffins, but I never got around to it.  Now it's time to say goodbye to that idea, so new ones can take it's place!

Here are the new ones listed, except for Penny doll #2, it sold out last night.

What I Learned:

1.  I have a hoard of mixed media art projects rolling around in my head!  with all the supplies to go with them!  I seem to like the idea of collecting hoards of project ideas and their supplies, rather than actually going through the process of starting and finished each project!

Now that I know that's one of my biggest hoarder issues!  I can STOP it!  As in stop buying hoards of supplies and stop keeping hoards of art projects in my head!  And either start making them come to true to life or start letting each idea go!

Well, I'm going to have to let many of the ideas go because I just have too many of them, plus I just keep going back to mending and patching because mending and patching take me to such a timeless joyful place.

2.  When I actually think about my "supply" hoard and while being "honest" with myself, I know I have more than enough art projects to last me a life time!  Probably several life times!  It's time to start letting many of them go, so I can work and create on those that take me to a timeless place of joy!

What do you do that takes you to a timeless place of joy?  I used to play a lot of racquetball in high school through college and that took me to a timeless place because I remember playing for 6 to 8 hours a day on the weekends and after school!  Luckily that Fitness Center was open for 24 hours!

Included are spider web cotton and a black spider, so you can make it look old with cobwebs!  These evil twins are available here.  Photo via The Destiny of Things

Thank you Etsy buyer for taking the time to send me an update photo on how you used yours in your mixed media art vignette for Halloween!  It's so cool!  Thank for your sharing and especially for the inspiration!

Etsy buyers have been so kind about sending me update photos of how they give my hoard new lives and homes!  I have more to post and lots to catch up on!  Thank you Etsy buyers!

Here is the second batch of these Penny coffin dolls, available here

I've been working daily to add new listing to reach my goal of 185 listed items per shop. I've reached my goal of 185 with 2 shops, almost 3.  Keep a look out at all 5 shops, I will be listing the rest of the week!

My goal for our new shop, Mending Ways is 24 listed items and I've listed 22, so far and have two new patches to list in the next couple of days.

Click on the shop names to visit new hoard listed weekly: HoarderRehab with 185 items, The Destiny of Things- 180 items, VintageToGoEasy - 186 items and JunkDrawerAndMore - 184 items.   And now, Mending Ways with 22.

Maybe you'll find something and give it new life and a new home!  Thanks for looking!

PHOTO UPDATE Mini Boro Textile Art Mending Patches on Pocket Pants Clothes Repair: Mending Ways Story 9

PHOTO UPDATE Mini Boro Textile Art Mending Patches on Pocket Pants Clothes Repair:  Mending Ways Story 9

Someone "out there" heard me and sent photo updates!  BEFORE:

Photo via Etsy buyer who has used my mini boro textile art patches as decorative utilitarian patches!  And then sent me pictures of how well they are holding up after laundry cleaning!  My favorite part of doing the laundry is seeing how my mending comes out after a machine wash!  And here they are from an Etsy buyer!  Thank you M!  Photo via Etsy buyer.

Here is the note I received with the email:

I love that you enjoy the metamorphosis of your patches. I will always look for the changes on them from now on...

AFTER:

Wow!  I love how this looks after it's been washed!  I already can feel my fingers, needles and threads are itching to stitch on this one!  I even have the color threads picked out in my mind!
Photo via Etsy buyer.  Thank you!

So cool!  Thank you for sending the photos M, so I can  how other patches might change after a wash or two!  And I'm so happy and thankful that someone else will now be enjoying how the patches morph after each wash!  Which is one of my favorite parts of the process of mending!

So this is basically the excitement I feel when my mended clothing comes out of the wash!  I just want to start stitching on them over and over!
Photo via thoughtful Etsy buyer!  Thank you!

All I can say is that I'm so excited to see them and I am itching to add more stitching and tiny patches over patches already over some of the worn patchwork spots I see and they aren't even my pants to do that too!  Well, I can wish and dream on....
Photo via kind Etsy buyer.  Thank you!

Here is a photo of the original patches before they were sewn on:

More mini boro patches at Hoarder Rehab, here and even more boro patches at our new shop, Mending Ways, here.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab

Saying Goodbye:  Seeing these "AFTER" photos of my patches after being washed, really gets me going!  I am so excited about their metamorphosis that I really want to go patch up my clothing, even if it's just "fake" patching or better said as "decorative art patching!"

What I Learned:

1.  I think I'm more excited over her patches than my own!  My own mended clothing are repaired with falling flowers or what I call scribble doodle patches, but now I'm so motivated to use the boro decorative art patches on my own clothing!  I hope I can find more time after I list 24 patches at our new shop, Mending Ways!

2.  My little "hoarder" recovering mind has difficulties when I have too many options open for me and I end up overthinking, so I think that's why I mend my clothes when they actually "need" to be mended, as in finally get a hole in them or get a rip in them!  Yes, it's a cause of celebration for me!  Even stains are a cause for stitch celebrations!

I mean, some of my clothing have so many worn spots in the fabric, it keeps me busy, but I'm always mending them with thread until they actually need a patch.  It's a very slow process for me.

3.  So my new goal will be to try "fake" mending in spots that don't really need it, but could use some decorative textile art!  without thinking about it all day long!  That should be interesting.

4.  I'm still not sleeping well, but I did sleep well last night, so I 'm going to keep on doing what I've been doing to see if I can sleep better every night!  Life is such a big huge changing experiment!

What's your latest experiment?  I have many experiments going.... especially with all my food allergies, so eating for me is basically an on going experiment.  Sleep remedies is a challenging experiment and I'm so excited to start my "less thinking" decorative fake patching experiment!

If you like the patches this Etsy buyer used, you might like the ones above or if one or some of the patches you like are sold out, just let me know and I'll make you a custom order.

I can't thank you enough Etsy buyer M for hearing my call to "out there" from reading my blog post and making my dream come true by sending me close ups of my-our-your patches after they've been through the wash!  I wish you knew how happy and thankful I am for your kindness and time.  And I can't believe how much I want to stitch some more on your patches after seeing them!  It's really motivating me to do some for myself!

You are such an inspiring force for me!  Thank you for your emails and friendship!  Especially your emails of purging and sending me photos of how organized you get!  I am willing to work to be that organized with all my collections just from seeing yours!  Thank you!

Here is another batch of patches, like the one's Etsy buyer M used, available here.  I've plenty of room for you to add your own stitching while mending with patches.  Photo via our new Etsy shop, Mending Ways

I'm back from my Etsy vacation to new listing to reach my goal of 185 listed items per shop. I've reached my goal of 185 with the Etsy shop, VintageToGoEasy.  Keep a look out at all 5 shops, I will be listing the rest of the week!

My goal for our new shop, Mending Ways is 24 listed items and I've listed 21, so far and have two new patches to list in the next couple of days.

Click on the shop names to visit new hoard listed weekly: HoarderRehab with 183 items, The Destiny of Things- 177 items, VintageToGoEasy - 185 items and JunkDrawerAndMore - 179 items.   And now, Mending Ways with 21

Maybe you'll find something and give it new life and a new home!  Thanks for looking!

I was experimenting with "spilt rice" sashiko, when I was crying over some "spilt milk."  Stitching spilt rice was very therapeutic and was super slow stitching for me and now I've moved on to lazy daisy sashiko, which are in my latest listed patches, available here.  The first patch turned into a cloud during a rain storm!  Photo via our new Etsy shop, Mending Ways

I can get very carried away with stitching because it takes me to such a timeless, peaceful joyful place!  As you can see in patch #1 in the close up, how carried away I got!

Mini Boro Textile Art Mending Patches on Pocket Pants Clothes Repair: Mending Ways Story 8

Mini Boro Textile Art Mending Patches on Pocket Pants Clothes Repair:  Mending Ways Story 8

An Etsy buyer sent me photos of how she used the decorative art patches!!!!!  BEFORE:

She bought all six patches and has used three of them on her favorite pants and sent me photos of them!  More mini boro patches at Hoarder Rehab, here and even more boro patches at our new shop, Mending Ways, here.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab

I am thrilled to see my boro patches used for mending!  Here is the note I received:

Attached are 2 photos of a pair of my pants that I have repaired the pocket areas.
They look good with your boro patches on them.   Maybe I’ll be adding some other patches, who knows.

AFTER:
Don't they look just grand!  More mini boro patches at Hoarder Rehab, here and even more boro patches at our new shop, Mending Ways, here.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab

She said that the pockets kept tearing on the corners and over the years she'd been mending them and now has used my boro patches on them!  Where is the jealous button?  because I just love those pants!  I want a pair!  They look so comfy and cute!

Here is a photo close up:

You can see she used patches 1, 3 and 6 and has 3 more patches to use!  Actually she has more than those because she's my best supporter for my alternative to hoarding, which is making patches to slow mend.  More mini boro patches at Hoarder Rehab, here and even more boro patches at our new shop, Mending Ways, here.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab

These patches are quite mini and are perfect to patch up small tears, pin holes and even just to use as decorative patches on backpacks, or make into brooches, add to amulet or make into a necklace.  I'm making a three pocket necklace amulet this week to show as an example on how to use these patches or any scraps you may have that you just love!

Here is a photo with rulers, so you can get an idea of how mini they are in size.  I'd love to know how her patches make it through the wash!  Because they are all raw edged and I hand sew all the scraps down.  If you are using these as utilitarian patches, I would suggest you slow mend and stitch all the scraps securely, so they will make it through the laundry intact.

Saying Goodbye:  I haven't had a chance to use any of my boro patches like these on my own clothes, but I have used other patches that I've made and are listed at Hoarder Rehab, here and Mending Ways, here.  Some of them I've I've posted on this blog and will list them at the end, if you are interested in seeing them.

What I Learned:

1.  I am so thankful my alternative to hoarding, which is making these mini patches, not only is helping me from hoarding, but some of them are being enjoyed by other people!  Mostly as decorative patches as far as I know, but maybe soon, someone "out there" will let me know how they slow stitched them as utilitarian patches.  I"d love to know how they make it through the laundry!  That's my favorite part when I mend, watching how the patches change with each wash.

As soon as I get 24 items listed at our new shop, Mending Ways, I'm going to try and make some for my own clothing that I have that need some patches!

2.  I'm feeling a little off today because I think I had an allergic reaction to something I ate.  Last night an itchy rash showed up on my stomach in a straight line practically and today I just feel out of it with all energy sapped out of me.

3.  The Mister has started new work hours, so he gets home now in the early afternoon, which is nice to have extra day time to go to museums and such and not have to drive through a lot of traffic.

4.  Best of all, I have a new zoom zoom!  My Aunt gave me her old car, which is gloriously new to me because she got a brand spanking new Tesla.  We named my car, Patecati, after the Aztec healing God because she has food allergies too.  And I think I am on the mend in more ways than one now!

What's new with you?  I'd love to hear about it!

Notice Patch #7, I know it doesn't look like much, but it took a lot of time because I was practicing "couch" stitching with tread.  This Etsy buyer is a big supporter of my patches in more ways than one, so I worked on Patch #7 some more and personalized it with her Initial and now it looks like this!  More mini boro patches at Hoarder Rehab, here and even more boro patches at our new shop, Mending Ways, here.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab

Thank you M for being my biggest supporter for my alternative to hoarding!  Your inspiring stories, art work, and sharing through emails, keep me motivated to continue my Hoarder Rehab journey and most of all to continue patching! And your emails keep me on track with organizing my art project hoard because you are always letting go of stuff and organizing your supplies for your next projects.  I hope one day my 2nd room of art supplies will be organized with space ready to create!

You are such an inspiration to me and thank you for sending photos of your art and how you use my patches and brooches!  You are so kind and thoughtful.  Thanks again.

I love seeing your projects because they inspire mine and am looking forward to your new knitting project!  It will certainly look cute with your patched up pocket pants!

So this is Patch #7 with added scraps and stitching.  It was so fun to make.  I wonder how she will use this one!  Oh and she keeps all my patches in a special wallet, she converted into an art piece display organizer.  I'll be posting about that soon too!

I've kind of taken an Etsy vacation by not listing for the past several weeks or so, but I started back today to reach my goal of 185 listed items per shop. I've almost reached my goal of 185 with the Etsy shop, VintageToGoEasy.  Keep a look out at all 5 shops, I will be listing the rest of the week!

My goal for our new shop, Mending Ways is 24 listed items and I've listed 19, so far.

Maybe you'll find something and give it new life and a new home!  Thanks for looking!

Easy Back to School Kids Trinket Gifts: The Destiny of Things, Story 546

Easy Back to School Kids Trinket Gifts:  The Destiny of Things, Story 546

Perfect for putting a little something special in backpacks or lunch boxes!  BEFORE:

20 24 30 EMPTY gumball plastic capsule carnival school classroom supply
Available here.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab.

Here is the note I received:

I found these yesterday which Adelle is going to hand out at the end of the school year to her after school kids club !!! - in your little gumballs,
of course - she is very psyched :))))
Hope you are doing well and thank you again,
Lisa ~.~

Here is what she is going to put inside the capsules to pass out to her after school kids club!  What fun!  Simple yet thoughtful.

I have these pencil top erasers on hand, if you would like to order them I can list them for you. Mine are the neon classic looking eraser pencil tops and I usually add one to gumball capsule orders, as an example of what fits inside them.

These were passed out at the end of the school year, yet they'd also be perfect to pass out at the beginning of the school year.  The gumball capsules also hold little candies, like skittles, lunch money and great for holding little notes or reminders for your children.

 Photo via Hoarder Rehab

They also make are cute to hold cupcake sprinkles for large classroom parties, especially if you have students who have different allergies and such.  One Etsy buyer bought either the tooth lockets or the mini tooth treasure chest and put one in a capsule and used them as cupcake toppers for her daughter's classroom birthday.

5 or 10 mini tooth holder locket necklaces, available hereFun and practical teacher, adult recess monitors or school nurse gift.  Also makes great classroom party cupcake toppers, or for any sweet tooth parties!  Photo via Hoarder Rehab

SAYING GOODBYE:   The gumball capsules are one of our best sellers and I use them in all kinds of ways.  We also sell them in bulk of 50 or 100 count, if you need them for pinata fillers or wedding exit sprinkles, they hold seeds, small flower petals and rice.  just enough to throw!

24 or 30 mini tooth holder treasure chests, available here.  Fun and practical teacher or school nurse gift.  Also makes great classroom party cupcake toppers!

What I Learned:

1.  Lately, I've been putting my change inside them with a little happy note and I give them to homeless people who ask me for money.  Great for giving to crying children too, I get parents permission first though.  I also keep a quarters worth in the capsules, in case I need to use them for metered parking spaces.  Also for stashing vitamins or meds while out about town.

2.  I haven't been in blogland and I don't even where my time went!  I think about blogging and that's about it, lol.  And I have a lot of stories piling up.  We were super busy during the Labor Day sale.  I am so thankful that a lot of my hoard went to "forever homes."  Thank you Etsy and Etsy buyers!

3.  I've also been lost in Pikord land, which is like Pinterest for weeks, maybe it's been a month (due to lack of sleep and it being so hot over here or at least that's my legitimate excuse!) and it's been so inspiring!  There are so many different projects I want to try besides textile art, like junk journals, happy mail exchanges, mixed media art assemblage, plant fabric dyes and more!  So much so, I don't know where to begin!  I sure wish I had some friends interested in the same things and likes to go to workshops!

4.  I've also been spending time organizing my hoard of hoards.  A lot of my hoard is in drawers and all my supplies are in boxes and I need to switch that around.  Unfortunately with lack of sleep and through all the heat, my biggest problem becomes decision making and I tend to just move one thing to another place, instead of organizing.

5.  I got this huge bag of button, probably a couple pounds worth and one thing I can do with lack of sleep is sort!  And I love to sort, so I've taken over the dining room table with sorting buttons.  Who knew that buttons could be so different, not just in size but design.  Even the standard looking buttons have slight variations.  So I've been enjoying all the difference and similarities of button sorting!  I don't know why but it brings me such joy!  A timeless joy, just like slow stitching does.

50 or 100 gumball capsules, available here.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab

Thank you Lisa and Adelle from JunqueInfusion for your inspiring story that keeps me motivated to continue my Hoarder Rehab journey!  Check out Lisa's shop,  JunqueInfusion for the most lovely inspirational things!  I've bought my share of hoard from her and she makes every order fun and beautiful, like Christmas morning or birthday!

One day, when my hoard is down to a minimum and I have more time, I'd love to curate my shop like she does hers!  She has such an eye!  Where is the jealous button?  Thank you Lisa you are so inspirational!

Keep these little cute chickies in mind for spring and Easter.  They make cute pocket pets for kids.
Baby chicks in gumball capsules, available here,

I'm still doing my best to reach my goal of 185 to 190 listed items per shop.  I need to start up again due to Labor Day Sale success!  I'm so thankful for all the abundance!

My Dream Book Jewelry Fundamentals of Metalsmithing by Tim McCreight: The Destiny of Things Story 545

Jewelry Fundamentals of Metalsmithing by Tim McCreight:  The Destiny of Things Story 545

My "once upon a time" dream book come true or at least close enough!  BEFORE:

Photo via VintageToGoEasy

This was one of my many dream books from the late 90s that I still had a tight grip on because when I retired from teaching one of things I wanted to try was jewelry making.  I did retire and became allergic to many things, one of them being metal.  Don't worry, I can touch door knobs and water faucet fixtures now, but not so much jewelry.

Ho hum, so I finally let go of one of dreams by letting go of this book!  And guess what?  It went to another retired teacher, so she could fulfill her dreams!  In my book, that's as perfect as it gets in my hoarder rehab department!

Here is the email I received:

Hello.  I’m a retired teacher. I have been taking silversmithing classes for several years now. A friend shared this book with me and I just loved it. Was so glad you had one to sell. Making jewelry is now my passion.  Loved your little gift bags. Each piece made me smile 😊
Thanks so much for your special efforts.

What are the chances of this book going from one retired teacher to another?  I am so thankful!  This is the kind of email that keeps me motivated to continue with my Hoarder Rehab journey!   which has been waning for several months now!

And the email came with some beautiful silversmithing photos!

What a beautiful lotus flower!

Saying Goodbye:  So one dream is building and another dream has been let go and even though it's not my dream coming true but someone else's, that's a good thing because now even in a tiny way, I've helped someone else's passion grow while for me, I've made room for a new possibility.

And one thing I've learned as a recovering hoarder is that even one possibility is like having a key to everything and holding on to old dreams is like wanting to sleep all day.

I've loved lockets and shadow box dioramas, since I was a kid and would have loved making a locket that a locked door with key was made to open secrets!  Even though I can't make this out of metals, I can still make shadow box diorama vignettes!

What I Learned:

1.  As a recovering hoarder, I am either a true optimist or in denial because I've been holding on to this book for over 20 years now!  Better late than never and I'm thankful that I could finally let it go!

2.  And now that I think about it.... I did get a new book to take it's place.  Well, not just one but two!  I'm usually too late by the time I think Junk Oki has a new book out, but this year I am not!  And I ordered her new book, Truly Indispensable and a book by Misao Wada!

Both are beautiful and part of my new dream of Mending Ways!

3.  I have a ton of Hoarder Rehab stories piling up, so I've got to limit myself to an hour per post now!  Wish me luck!

What dreams have you replaced lately?

I've collected stuff with eyes, hands and crosses since college and I often use them in my textile art. so even though I might not be able to make them in metal, I can open up the possibility to some other materials!  Photo via VintageToGoEasy

Thank you Etsy buyer for taking the time to send me an email with photos!  I really appreciate the motivation it gives me to keep on posting about my Hoarder Rehab journey and the inspiration to move with my dreams into a different medium!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Your metalsmithing is beautiful and I'll think I'll experiment with yours in fabric and see what happens!  So fun, thanks!

Eyes and cross incorporated with fabric.  Interesting, I guess I need to be more conscious about what I'm doing!  Eye heart cross patch available here.  Photo via Hoarder Rehab
